About me
My academic journey in clinical mental health practice began in Seattle, Washington, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare at the University of Washington, Seattle. I loved my time as a Husky so much, I decided to hang on a little longer and completed my Master of Social Work degree there as well. Specifically, I completed my MSW in the UW School of Social Work Advanced Standing program, with a focus in Children, Youth and Family Social Work.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I draw from both personal and experience and professional insights. My background includes work that ranges from dynamic and complex case management in large, public facing social service systems, to highly focused (yet deeply rewarding) one on one relationships forged in individual and family counseling sessions.
